I'm a native of Florida and over the last six years, I have had extensive 'hands on' experience from an "investor's" point of view, from buying properties "subject to", to marketing and selling properties before the final stages of foreclosure, to handling actual short sales for foreclosures with banks throughout the country for properties located in the Tri-County Area.
